We haven't tested one yet, but we put that engine through our testing regimen fitted to its mechanical twin, the Chevrolet Equinox; it took 8.9 seconds to accelerate from 0-60 mph, indicating modest performance. However, the AT4's off-road hardware and enhanced ground clearance make it a unique option in the compact SUV segment for buyers who prioritize light off-road capability over outright performance, though it commands a premium price for these specialized features.
